Behind the Scenes: This is all kind of random really. It doesn't really show how the movie is being made or much of anything. There's hair emergencies, makeup being done, people talking about nothing interesting, and some really hot photos being taken of Billy Castro with Lorelei's moaning in the background coming from another room.

Audio/Video Quality:

The audio is not great. I still hear a
lot of moaning, but not a lot of dirty talk which is what I'm more
interested in anyways. The music is great though. The video quality
is very good and a bit on the artistic side. The film is in black and
white which fades into color for the sex scenes. The lighting is
sometimes artistic, but always done well. It is never too dark or
grainy to see what is going on.

Overview: Billy Castro is a detective that has been staking out the Speakeasy and finally decides to go in and check it out for himself. The Speakeasy is an underground queer club filled with sex and debauchery. While there, he witnesses several sex acts and eventually gets into a fist fight over the beautiful Lorelei Lee.

The scenes are beautifully shot with scenes of the bar in black and white and the sex scenes fading into color. However, this flick is best watched on mute because of the inability to hear the dirty talk and the annoying moaning coming from the performers.

This film won a 2010 Feminist Porn Award for Most Tantalizing Trans Film. There are a lot of transmen in this film as well as a couple of genderqueers, and high femmes. Billy Castro's hotness steals the show.

Scene 1: Lorelei Lee and Tomcat

This scene begins with Tomcat and
Lorelei making out against the wall in a small hallway. They are both
really into it. Tomcat is throwing Lorelei up against the wall,
kissing her passionately, and choking her. All of Lorelei's clothes
come off, but Tomcat remains clothed for most of the scene. Tomcat
gets four fingers into Lorelei's cunt which is visibly aroused.
Tomcat talks quite a bit during this scene and I'm going to assume
that he's talking dirty, but I apparently need subtitles in my porn
to be able to understand what is going on. Why doesn't porn have
subtitles? I'm sure deaf people like dirty talk too.

Eventually Tomcat's shirt comes off to
reveal a whole lot of sweat. In fact, they're both sweating a lot,
which is truly sexy to know how much of themselves they're putting
into this scene. Despite that, this scene just doesn't really do it
for me. I think that Lorelei is absolutely adorable and the closest
thing to a mainstream porno actress that I find attractive, but I do
not like how she cums. She sounds like she's a neighing horse.

Scene 2: Jiz Lee and Dallas Fivestar

This scene is more artistic and
beautiful than it is hot. Dallas spends quite a bit of time tying Jiz
Lee up with rope. It's all very beautiful with the different knots
and placement of the rope which eventually leads to Jiz being
suspended. I also love the gender play going on here with Jiz dressed
very femme, but with hairy legs. The lighting is very artistically
done as well. The way it pours across the scene gives a great play on
shadow and light and not in the usual annoying way where you just
can't make anything out. You can still see everything very clearly,
but the light sets a certain mood to the scene. Like I said,
beautiful, but not hot.

In the scene Dallas fingers and licks
Jiz's cunt bringing Jiz to a squirting orgasm. Normally watching
fingering and squirting is pretty damn hot, but not in this case. I
felt like I was watching performance art, not porn. And that's okay
unless you want to jerk off.

Scene 3: Cyd Loverboy and Moustache Malone

In this scene, the two who play the
bartenders, Cyd and Mustache Malone, have sex behind and on top of
the bar. I've seen Cyd in a few other flicks and while I'm not a huge
fan he has a kind of boyish sweetness about him. He's cute even if
not my type. Mustache Malone, however, is just plain not attractive
to me. What can I say? I don't like pencil mustaches and greased down
hair. Because of that, this scene was pretty much a big
disappointment and a boner killer. You may find him attractive
though. So don't let me hold you back from enjoying this scene.

The two have a rough playfulness with
each other that is endearing. I especially loved how after their
scene they buttoned up each other's shirts.

This scene has some ass fucking,
blowjobs, and front hole fingering. I am amazed at Mustache Malone's
fucking though. I mean he wears his harness really low it is amazing
that he has control over it at all, but he seems to have no problems.

I would also like to complain about the
dirty feet in this scene. Do people not clean the floors of porn
sets? I'm so sick of seeing the bottoms of people's feet to only see
an inch of grime on them. Okay I'm just nitpicking here, but it's a bit of a pet peeve.

Scene 4: Lorelei Lee and Billy Castro

This is the pairing we've been waiting
for! Or at least I have. Lorelei with her epic hotness and Billy
Castro with his rugged handsomeness. This should be a scene that
causes all to wank. And maybe, just maybe, had I muted this scene I
might have loved it. But I made the mistake of keeping the sound on.
At first Billy's deep rumbly moans were totally hot. That is until
his very breathing became moaning. Every breath in and out was a
moan. A low, hoarse moan that sounded more like a 3 pack a day smoker
who just climbed a couple flights of stairs. Combine this with
Lorelei's whinnying moans and we have a chorus of annoying which
completely detracts from the sex.

Everything else about this scene is so
fucking hot that I am determined to watch it again with the sound
off. I will invent more attractive moans for them or maybe just set
the sex to music.

The sex in this scene feels softer than
most of the other scenes which get kind of rough. Soft or not though,
it is sensual and the actors are both very into it. The intensity in
Billy's eyes would make me melt on the spot if he looked at me like
that. Not to mention his muscular build, strong jaw, and big black
cock. Okay I may have a bit of a crush on Billy. But who doesn't?

The sex consists of Billy and Lorelei fucking on the ground and then her her on a table. Then he moves on to
fingering her (getting 4 fingers in) while stroking his cock. Lorelei
finishes by ejaculating quite a bit. And I gotta say at the end of it

Final Thoughts: I was expecting a lot more from a feminist porn award winner and Reel Queer Productions film. I was pretty disappointed in this one. It still has it's merits though. There are a lot of hot people and hot sex that is obviously being enjoyed. But if you do watch this flick put it on mute to avoid the annoying moaning. Or you could watch this movie for it's artistic value too because it definitely has a lot of that. Don't buy it though. I recommend that if you want to check this one out that you should just rent it.
