XCritic Interview: Raven Hart

XCritic: Raven, first off, I wanted to thank you for taking time to be a part of this interview. Not to sound like a jack ass but the older woman, the “MILF” of the industry, no performer intrigues me more, especially a woman that is just starting things up in this business. My question to you doll, is how did you get you start in this amazing industry?

Raven Hart: I do realize that I did, get a “late” start in this segment of the adult industry. But I am not new to the sex industry. I started off with webcam work, then worked as an exotic dancer and then a dominatrix. I’ve always been curious about doing porn, it just took me a little longer to get here.  I figured it was now or never. Here I am, loving every minute of it and wouldn’t change a thing.

XCritic: This is a question I have not ever asked a performer. So, being that you are new to the business and you are signed with OC Modeling. I must ask this because I think Sandra is amazing, I would love to know, what brought you to pair up with OC Modeling? What is it that made you sign on the dotted line and say "I want Sandy to be a part of my adult film experience?"

Raven Hart: After meeting with several other agencies, I felt the most comfortable with Sandra. She just felt right. She seemed very straight forward, no bullshit and I really liked that about her. Sandra, Eric and Anthony all were very welcoming and very helpful, as well.  I’m very happy to have chosen OC Modeling!

XCritic: This I think is something so cool. Raven, being how new you are to the business, what was it like to shoot for industry legends Francesca Le and Mark Wood? Francesca has always been the gold standard in this business and I found it simply amazing one of your first big films was with Evil Angel and Le Wood Productions. Tell us what it was like on set, what was the thing you remember most about the shoot. We would love to hear all the tasty tid-bits of being on that set.

 Raven Hart: This was one of the best shoots I’ve had so far. I loved working with Mark and Francesca. They were nice, down to earth, easy to work with and a lot of fun!! I had a blast with them. This was an anal scene and it was very good. I think Mark and I have good chemistry too. My only wish would have been for Francesca to join in on the fun with us, instead of being behind the camera.

 XCritic: Now I have indeed seen some gorgeous bodies in the industry but my goodness, yours ranks right up there with some of the most fit in the business. I must ask this being an old collegiate athlete, what is your secret? How do men and especially female fans get that Raven Hart body? My assumption is that there is a vigorous workout plan? Am I close?

Raven Hart: Thank you, I am truly flattered. And yes, I train hard and diet just as hard. I work out 6 days a week. My main focus is on weight training. In my opinion, this is the key to shaping your body just the way you want it to look. I usually train one body part each day. I also, do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week. As for my diet, I follow a typical bodybuilding diet, which for me is high protein, moderate carbs and low fat. I used to be a figure competitor, so those habits are ingrained in me and it keeps me in check.

XCritic: This is my favorite thing to ask performers, especially ones who are gaining a name for themselves like you. Who is it in this business that you are simply dying to work with? Who is it that you would simply rush into a burning building, peel off every stitch of clothing just to be able to have a romp with them on camera? I am dying to know who Raven’s industry crush is male and female.

Raven Hart: I was fortunate enough to get to work with one of my crushes early on in my career. I wanted to work with Manuel Ferrara really bad and have been lucky enough to do that already. But if I had to choose some other people I’d love to work with it would have to be, Prince Yahashua and Flash Brown.

XCritic: So, this is a first for me Raven, you are a difficult woman to research. I know this is a little late in the interview but tell the readers about yourself. I would love to know, of course with what you are willing to share, where did you grow up? What did you do before you starred in adult films? Has sex and sexuality always been something apart of you in a deep way and that you have been comfortable with? I would just love to read/hear the bio of Raven Hart directly from the amazing woman herself.

 Raven Hart: Like I mentioned earlier, I have worked in the sex industry for most of my adult life. So yes, sex and sexuality has been a part of my life for a long time. I did go to college though and have a bachelor’s degree but I have always been drawn to sex work. I also have a very open mind when it comes to my personal relationships, as well. I am open to threesomes, foursomes, fivesomes, etc.

 XCritic: I have seen that you landed on the cover of Kink-E Magazine congratulations. I hope in the near future, perhaps a magazine pr website like thisone that I work for gets a chance to shoot you in a rather provocative manor and put you within its pages but that is wishful thinking, let’s get back to the amazingness that is the XCritic interview. I would just like to know, what was it like to land your first cover? Did you go out and paint the town red after your big win?

Raven Hart: It was an honor to land the cover. I was extremely happy.

 XCritic: Of course, fans always want to know the insights into their favorite porn stars minds and personalities. Raven, I would love to know the basics. What turns you on more? A man or a woman? What is your favorite part of sex both behind the camera and in front of it? Last but not least, I would love to know what one of your favorite fetishes that the fans have not gotten to see yet?

Raven Hart: Men and women both turn me on but if I’d have to pick, it would be men. There’s nothing like a nice, hard cock. My favorite part of sex behind the camera would be the roleplay of it. Getting to be someone else in a different role while, being video recorded is hot. But behind the camera I love being able to let loose and just be me, not having to worry about how I look, if the angle is correct, etc. And finally, one of my favorite fetishes that my fans have not yet gotten to see, is my love for multiple guys. In my personal life, I do this all the time but so far on camera I haven’t had a chance to do as much as a threesome.

 XCritic: So far in your career, what has been your proudest achievement in the industry? I can tell you, other writers with XCritic have said you simply have the ferocity to your scenes and that you are the big up and comer in the industry? I would love to sway the fans into the direction of your best work. What would that be, if that scene or film has been made yet?

Raven Hart: First, my scene with Manuel Ferrara for Jules Jordan (MILF Private Fantasies), Naughty America (My friend’s hot mom) and Dogfart’s Blacks on Cougars (release date July 16th). But I feel like these scenes just scratch the surface of my capabilities. I’d love to shoot much naughtier and dirtier scenes in the future.

XCritic: In closing Raven, I would love to know what are all the things that are in your portfolio in the industry? Do you feature dance? Do you web cam? What are all the amazing places the fans can find Raven Hart in the adult industry?

Raven Hart: Right now, I do not feature dance yet but I’m sure I will soon. Given the fact that I used to be an exotic dancer, I think this would only be a natural thing for me to do.
